Scottish Poetry Selection – Wha Daur Meddle Wi’ Me?
The royal coat of arms in Scotland has the Latin motto “Nemo me impune lacessit“. The English translation of this is “Nobody interferes with me with impunity” and this is often defiantly expressed in broad Scots as “Wha daur meddle wi’ me?” which is the title of this anonymous poem. But on this occasion it is being aggressively repeated by a member of the Elliot family, one of the Border families who not only fought their neighbours but were part of the first line of defence against marauding English invaders – and could sometimes defy the Scottish monarch as well!

Не могу передать, как мы все гордимся тем, что вы сделали. Для каждого американца это, безусловно, самый гордый день в жизни, и я уверен, что люди во всем мире разделяют с американцами это огромное достижение.

Dad, Loren Spencer Elliott had been asked if he and his sister were identical twins. That means they came from the same egg. Only twin sisters or brothers can be identical because they come from the same egg. Since these are two sisters do you think they are identical? Does one look like it may have African ancestry? If the people found by early post Columbian explorers look like those of India, and you did not know there was an America, but thought the spherical earth was small in diameter, because ships at sea would go over the horizon, showing the ocean is not truly flat, would you not refer to these people as being of India? My line of Ellot-Elliott were on the Monea Castle 1630 Muster of County Fermanagh, Ireland for Mrs. Hamilton of the Anglican Church. They would have supported Hamiltonian Royalist cause for king Charles II. Daniel Ell(i)ot lost to Cromwell, indentured-slave to the Puritan Rev. Gregory Stone family of Cambridge, where Rev. Gregory and oldest John are buried in the Old Harvard cemetery. Likely Alexander Hamilton’s family was indentured to Caribbean, but it does not seem his family married into the population which after about 1651 migrated to the region. Name is not spelled Marke Ellot proper for the time but today my name is Mark Elliott, Mark is of a surname which were among the early Mormon pioneers to Utah. Mark Stephen Elliott
I would like to thank BYU for their concerns. It was a company from Brigham City, Utah that concluded that the O-rings on the Challenger Shuttle could be causing problems. The thoughts of genealogists and engineers are shared thoughts. As a graduate engineer from U of U, had taken the standard engineering knowledge of the strength and materials course.
Second in line teacher on the Space Challenger, was a math teacher who quit teaching math.
Willie Black both he and I ended up teaching math was a friend and was with engineering background. Even though I was an engineer and had “white face,” one photo showed a BYU-WY basketball game.

Not ones which I have chosen. Search engines filter text, at the speed they are going the embedded text in these chosen images on a Google of BYU DNA is not in the search.
For the search for family since it is of individual families, if I were to make comment on any of the images, could easily be detrimental for family researchers in finding family since people in their research are likely individual branches, and we are not working on the same branch. When working on the same branch likely a lot of disagreement, but with mutual agreements in which it is felt family will be found.
