Andrew (Dandie) of Baillillie son of Gavin of Horseleyhill, and half brother to Gavin
of Baillillie and Stobs. Died at about 25, others Martin Ellot and Clement Crosar took
over raising sons;

a. Robert Elliott of Armagh (Baillie legal administrator of Sir John Hamilton estate)

Martin of Braidley/Goranberry is felt to have sons;
Arche, Jok, Hob, Sim, and Gib (Archibald, John, Robert, Symon, and Gilbert)

John Hamilton estate died in the Irish Rebellion of
1642.

Note on map N. (Nether/under/lower) Baillyly, also spelled Baillillie as in Andrew (Dandie) of Baillillie. It should be noted the the Martin Ellot lived of the Braidly east side of Hermitage Castle, Martin Ellot owned land of Braidly as shown in Teviotdale, and sometimes would be called of Braidly.
Family of Baillyly/Baillillie is felt to be the Clementis Hob (Robert Ellot) of Gorrenberry. The family of (the) Braidly Liddesdale/Teviotdale is felt to be the Martin Ellot next brother to Robert Ellot XV of Larriston, as given by 1704 Larriston pedigree as Martin Elliot of Prickinhaugh;
